Sushumna Darshan (kriya 15)

This is the fifteenth of the twenty Kundalini Kriyas of Kriya Yoga. If you have not completed my free online course, please download and complete that first.

Continue sitting in Siddhasana or Siddha Yoni Asana. Eyes are closed, breathing is normal, tongue is in Kechari Mudra, and head is facing forward.

Bring your awareness to Mooladhara and visualize the chakra there, with its four red petals, square, inverted triangle, and lam mantra (see above). Move your awareness to Swadhisthana in the spine and visualize the chakra there, with its six orange petals, crescent moon, and vam mantra (see below).

Move your awareness up the spine to Manipura and visualize the chakra there, with its ten yellow petals, inverted triangle, and ram mantra (see below).

Move your awareness up the spine to Anahata and visualize the chakra there, with its twelve green petals, two interlaced triangles, and yam mantra (see below).

Move your awareness up the spine to Vishuddhi and visualize the chakra there, with its sixteen blue petals, inverted triangle, circle, and ham mantra (see below).

Move your awareness up the spine to Ajna and visualize the chakra there, with its two purple petals, inverted triangle, and aum mantra (see below).

Move your awareness up to Bindu at the back of the head and visualize the chakra there, with its drop of nectar over the crescent moon (see below).

Move your awareness over to Sahasrara at the top of the head and visualize the chakra there, with its many petals and many colors (see below).

Finally, visualize your whole body in a transparent form and all of the chakras glowing brightly within. Enjoy this image for some time, then go to the next kriya.
